Ajwa Date and Nut Energy Balls
Ingredients:1 cup Ajwa dates (pitted)
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:Prepare the Dates: 

Soak the Ajwa dates in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them. Drain and remove the pits.
Blend the Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the dates, almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, and coconut oil. Blend until the mixture forms a sticky dough. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of water at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
Form the Balls: Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of a tablespoon.
Chill and Serve: Place the energy balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
