Ajwa Date Smoothie
- 4-5 Ajwa dates (pitted)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Dates:
Soak the Ajwa dates in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them. Drain and remove the pits.
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the dates, almond milk, banana, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
